Synthesis of a Tri-nuclear Ruthenium Complex via Alkyne Insertion into the Ru-C Bond
Keywords:
Metal Cluster, Complex, Chemical InteractionAbstract
This investigation delves into the creation, responsiveness, and biological effects of a tri nuclear ruthenium complex formed through the integration of alkynes into the Ru-C bond. Employing a one-pot reaction, we successfully synthesized the complex and employed diverse spectroscopic techniques for its characterization. We probed ruthenium reactivity through interactions with varied substrates, encompassing alkynes and dienes, resulting in the formation of diverse products.
